Our department specalizes in unusal phenomenon usually in the category of what you would call "paranormal" We are located in Cary, North Carolina and have operation spanning the total of the state of North carolia. Established in 1969, we have been the number one department to contact on anything above what any normal police department is capable of.

Words from a reporter on 'Metro News' about the current circumstance,- The department of unsolved affairs subdivision, the N.C.U.P.D has once again had to rise on their feet. The North Carolina unusual and unexplained Phenomenon department (N.C.U.P.D) was created in 1963, due to strange sightings, they have been working digilently in order for there to be peace in our state of North Carolina. All has been well for more than 20 years, however in 1990, many people have gone missing from there homes, leaving the place they were once in undisturbed, as If without a trace. Not only civilians slipped out of thin air, but also other agents. Even retired Lead Director Sebastian Morris has gone missing, the department has said that he needs to be found because he is the only person, with the skills to KNOW what is happening at this time".
